Your jewelry will be packaged in a wheat-colored kraft paper jewelry box that is hand-stamped with our logo and wrapped in tissue paper. To reduce waste, we do not include a paper copy of your receipt inside your package. If you would like a copy of your receipt you may print it from your computer. In an effort to keep our company Green and Eco-friendly we recycle packing materials whenever possible and ask you to try to re-use your bubble mailer at least one more time if possible.

Return Policy
Items are always listed appropriately with accurate measurements. Please pay attention to the measurements listed and make sure it will fit you before you purchase the item because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. I strive to make high quality, handmade items, so it shouldn’t be a problem, but if your piece of Jonelle Maira jewelry has broke within the first 30 days of purchase then it can be sent back for repairs free of charge. We do not refund for lost or stolen packages nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

Shipping and Delivery
Because most items are Made to Order, please allow 5 - 10 business days for order processing. Each item is made by hand and to order, and are processed in the order in which they are received. Your order will be shipped USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Once shipped, orders generally take 3-7 days for delivery.
Shipping and Handling Costs: 1 item costs $5.00 to ship. Each additional item is $0.50 (This covers USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and packaging.)New York State Residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax upon checkout.

International Orders: We do ship international via airmail, for the same fee as U.S. orders. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery because customs may hold up the process. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements.

How will I know when my order shipped?
Domestic orders will receive an e-mail on the date the order was shipped with your delivery confirmation number for tracking purposes. Expect to receive your package 3-7 days from this date. International orders will receive notice that their package has shipped, but unfortunately no tracking info will be able to be provided.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?
